After our office receives your request, the designated person for your event will be contacted by a Building and Grounds Team Member advising the status of your request.
Church use by groups or individuals campaigning or fundraising for political office is not permitted.
Church use by political groups or any group affiliated with or is recognized as associated or identified with a political group is not permitted.
Church use for events where an admission is charged is not permitted.
Raffles or games of chance are not allowed.
Smoking or use of alcoholic beverages is not allowed in the building or on the grounds.
Service dogs are welcome. Other dogs are allowed but must be on a leash or in a crate. Owners are responsible for their dog’s actions.
Maximum number of persons allowed in the Sanctuary and Fellowship Hall must be observed.
We reserve the right to cancel/reschedule a group that meets on a regularly scheduled day/time for special church events or holiday activities. Notice will be given to the group in advance.
After your event, please survey areas used to ensure all lights are off, windows are closed, and curtains/blinds are closed. If the kitchen was used, please ensure the stove and oven are completely off and the refrigerator door is closed. Turn off the automatic back door feature, if engaged, as the back door will not lock.
If the leadership of your group changes, the new person must contact our office so that they can sign a new contract verifying they understand the conditions for the use of our facility and that we have the correct contact information for the responsible person.
The Group Leader/Contact person needs to sign the book at the back entrance indicating your group was in attendance.
