We believe that faith without works is incomplete. We support our neighbors, the community and the wider world in many ways!

A welcoming building

Making our church available to outside organizations is an important part of our sense of mission. Community group meetings, family gatherings, recitals, rehearsals, and support groups have all taken advantage of our accessible building with a full kitchen and plenty of parking. Best of all, we do not charge for building use!

A tradition of music

Between our beautiful pipe organ, the Chancel Choir, our Bell Choir, and grand piano, we offer music in many forms during services. We also offer special Christmas music and host guest musicians during worship several times a year.

Many community musical groups, such as the Corning Brass Works and the Chorus of the Southern Finger Lakes, use our building for rehearsals and performances.

Each year, we honor the great musicians who have supported our church with the Blair-Bigler-Perry Concert, a free presentation of music to the community in our beautiful sanctuary.

Learn about Christ

Our Faith Formation and Discipleship team creates programs for people of all ages and stages of faith. We learn about Christ's teachings, God, and the Bible, to find new ways of living that honor ourselves, our shared humanity, and the planet.

  • Sunday School meets during worship from September through June for children in K-6 grade.
  • Adult discussions happen after worship a few times per year to help us discern God's voice in our busy lives.
  • We hold a Lenten discussion series each year in partnership with other area churches.

Flea & Farmer's Market

Every two years, we hold a Flea and Farmer's Market, usually on the first Saturday of September. We feature used household items, baked goods, produce, plants, and hot dogs! The Brass Works and other local musicians come and play, and the whole community turns out!

Our next scheduled Flea and Farmer's Market is September 2026. Thanks to everyone who came out for the 2024 sale!
