Purpose:
- Maintain weekly fellowship after worship over food
- Develop small-group fellowship opportunities for multi-age and same-age groups
- Help care for our church family who are ill, shut-in, and otherwise in need

Responsibilities
- Encourage Fellowship within the Congregation
- Encourage everyone to see that visitors are welcomed and invited to coffee hour
- Develop small-group fellowship opportunities for multi-age and same-age groups
- Encourage participation in the Community Garden efforts
- Let the office know about birthdays and other special events in members’ lives
- Use Reception Fund money for special observances in the life of the church
- Care for our church family through visits, calls, cards and letters, care packages, etc.
- Oversee visitation to hospitalized and shut-in members
- Solicit and train people to visit shut-ins via Called to Care program or similar program
- Sponsor Griefshare or other similar programs
- Help the church be a safe haven for the LGBT community
- Extend our hospitality to the community through block parties, neighborhood walks, etc.
